All the messing about with that over £100 order and the £15 money off code well it got delivered today! I had no conformation email no sign in my account that it had gone through in fact it said it hadnt gone through in a pop up window it was lucky I was in. I had ordered another delivery for tomorrow last night but had to cancel that when this came. They obviously had tech problems

Least I got the £15 off but also wasted a £5 code for the order I had to cancel today so I may not get one for next week now as it was the only one that would work
    Thanx

Did you know that you didn't really need to cancel that delivery?

You can always just alter your delivery date and time, so you could have just delayed that order until next week or later. Then you could have amended the order to whatever shopping you really needed.

the code that was accepted on that delivery will now show that its been used a max number of times in that account now, as it had gone through the entire checkout process.

I just phoned and the lady said they cant reinstate the old order she just told me to redo it from the last order list. I pointed out about the code, she then said it would take it again but I said from experience it wouldnt. She said do the order next time then ring up and they will put it on themselves so I will see next time if they do that as I still have the code I used and the conformation email. I'll just see how lucky I can be :)
    Thanx

    Hi

Does anyone know if coupons printed off the internet will scan in Tescos?

Yes they do scan, I use them all the time. Here is a thread about internet coupon acceptance:

    Hi there,

I know this is the wrong forum but couldn't find an appropriate one. Can anybody help??

The question is 'If I have an item I wish to return to Tesco that has no fault, within the 30 days of purchase, will they do this??'

It goes without saying the item is not perishable.

    Cheers

  • Hello there

I want a Telly and DVD/Video combi from Tesco Direct. Any guesses on when some codes will be out.

They can't be doing very well its a pretty crap effort.

  • Hi Everyone -

This may sound like a very silly question but I just wonder how you all seem to clock up so many tesco points, in such small amounts of time.

I am new to the tesco thing - but am hoping to save lots of points to help pay for my holidays next year. I spend approx £250 per month on food, and also buy cases of wine (quite regular!!)

    Thanks

You have 28 days I think, you don't need an excuse to return. Just tell them that you don't want it anymore.
