I am still waiting for some wine points from October believe it or not and some from Jan. I phoned them for the third time yeaterday and they told me they would sort it! I would like to order some more wine but am not risking it until they sort this out!

I ordered wine in January and my points posted today, so check your points balance you never know it might be your lucky day too.

Hi All
I ordered some wine last week and used the 1200 extra points code, which showed up on my order confirmation email. However, the wine has just been delivered but the points aren't showing on the order sheet I got from the driver
Will I still get them? I don't know if I can face another onslaught with customer services!!
Has this happened to anyone else and did you get your points?

Exactly the same thing has happened to me, and to many other people on this forum. Apparently these wine codes are very problematic. Some people have been waiting and arguing with Tesco for many months.

I phoned Tesco on 25 March and was told to wait 28 days for the 1200 points to be credited. She did assure me they'd be credited before the next voucher mailing.

The trouble is that you never know whether to believe them or whether they're just fobbing you off when they tell you to wait patiently.

The 100 point voucher that was giving 1000 points is only showing as 100 points on my order confirmation. Have I missed out on this or is it on the delivery note when it comes that the 1000 points shows.

kronen sorry but the 100 point voucher that was giving 1000 points showed up as 1000 points even on my order confirmation - and then again on the delivery note.

On both mine and my dad's order it only showed 1000 on delivery note, and we have both received the 1000 points as well. :j

Same with me - it only showed as 100 on order confirmation, but then showed 1000 on delivery note and then two days later 1000 points were credited

I'll take the chance it's coming today 4-6, I'll let you know how I get on so you all know if it's still working. Haven't got time to shop today.
