OK so I have placed an order and gone thru the checkout without using my vouchers
yes i know....doh!!!

without replacing the entire order, how can i put my vouchers back into the system???
can i amend my orde and just add one thing, then put the vouchers in??
I really dont wanna start from scratch and cancel it (was a large order you see and will take ages to re-input)
cheers

Sorry to say once you have checked out I think you have to re do the whole order.
I am sure I did this myself once when I wanted to change the code for a more valuable one.
Give it a try for one thing and see if it works....0 -
Your order should have been held in the last order on favourites so you should be able to repeat it fairly quickly.0

You need to be really careful with this. I forgot to enter a code once and cancelled the order so I could re-order using the code. When I entered the same code it said I had already used it maximum number of times! Luckily it was at a time when there were loads of codes around.0

...and I apologise in advance if this has already been mentioned, but I haven't the time at the moment to read back through this thread.
Basically, I placed an order with Tesco last week for groceries, and used a '500 extra clubcard points when spend over £50' voucher.
I made sure that my shopping was well above the £50 required, and also worked out how much would get taken off the 'guide price' by the BOGOFS etc. Even after doing this, my order was still approx £60 not including the delivery.
The shopping arrived last night, and 10 items were out of stock and therefore not delivered. No substitutions were offered, despite the fact I have it set up on my options to subsitute with suitable replacements.
This meant that my order, including delivery, dropped to below the £50, and at the end of the order list was a note which said, I was uneligable for the 500 extra points, as I had not spent enough.
I don't think this is fair, as its not my fault that those items were out of stock!
My other half phoned the customer helpline straightaway to be told it was a Clubcard issue and so to phone them, but they had closed. He fully intends to phone clubcard today and I shall update here if he has phoned (he is in work but he phones as the card is in his name)
Just a warning, not sure if its happened to anyone else - if it has I'd be grateful to hear your experiences and especially if they caved in and gave you the points anyway!
I know there are far worse things in life than missing out on 500 points :rotfl: but hopefully you'lll all know what I mean.

This happened to me a while back, I phoned and explained it meant I still had to get in the car and drive to the (rival) supermarket to get the items they'd not provided so they were costing me petrol money etc so to deny me the points was adding insult to injury. They credited them as a 'one-off'. That was the tel number on the delivery note - NOT the clubcard dept.
I'd tell your OH to try again and see if a different advisor gives a different response.0 -
Happened to me exactly as you stated. I called and was promised the points would be added... but in the words of a well known song... I'm still waiting... this was about 10 days ago.
I am also still waiting for my 1000 points from the DVD promotion, and wine points from January.. Don't want to kick up too much fuss as I have quite a few points... but it does make me :mad:0 -
