I still don;t know if I'll cut the cord at all - I'm still really into the idea of a Lotus birth. Otherwise though, OH cna do it if he wants to, or the MW can, once it's stopped pulsating and baby has had all the blood out of it.

Yeah that sounds about right from what I can remember AM... She'll stop longer in a couple of days when she does the horrific heel !!!!!...

    Hehehe... that should be pr!ck...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Jillie - we found out the gender and kept it secret with both of our pregnancies, we both found it pretty easy to be honest but I guess it depends what sort of person you are.

Actually it was really nice having something just between the two of us because you can get to feel a bit like public property when you are pregnant with all and sundry giving you advice/their opinions on everything, even people you barely know. I know I felt a bit like people were invading my space when they were asking what time my appts were and ringing me five mins later.

MW has just come, she was only here for about 5 mins, is that normal?
She seemed like a right miserable moo, told us we should of woke Ryan up to feed him and left

Just got the buggy out and it has no instructions  took us about half hour to unfold the thing and more to put the pram liner in, doubt that will get used much though apart from the school runs as the buggy dont collaps when in pram mode!
prob too late now but check youtube for a how to vid for your pram, if its available from kiddicare there will deff be one and prob be one if not

MW doesn't really do much the only reason mine ever stayed longer was to try to get Chris to BF coz we were having probs but obv not a issue for you :D

the silver cross claims to fold down in pram mode but it doesn't!! another reason I don't like it lol maybe its an issue with all those style of prams? xx

Wow! How quick does this thread move - I am sure I was on VII last!!!! Still here though, so that's good, little cell cluster still hanging in there and trying not to get too excited until my next scan. Don't seem to have half as many symptoms as I did a couple of weeks ago except even more enourmous (.)(.), DP is constantly amazed by them!

Continuing on the hunt for preggers related things like Icklebeans, does anyone know if you can get button type waist extenders for trousers/skirts that would save me buying maternity stuff for as long as possible, especially for work. Ta!

    there's these kind http://baby.shop.ebay.co.uk/items/_W0QQ_dmdZ1QQ_dmptZUKQ5fBabyQ5fMaternityQ5fPregnancyQ5fMJ?_nkw=button+extender&_sacat=87170&_trksid=p3286.m270.l1313&_odkw=&_osacat=87170
Although I just used an old bobble or elastic band ;)
I've seen little panels to put in ur pants to extend further but can't find them now
also you could try bump bands they sort of keep ur pants up a bit while covering the undone buttons and bit of belly peeking out from under a top http://www.topshop.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=19551&storeId=12556&categoryId=42398&parent_category_rn=42391&productId=447974&langId=-1&cmpId=gbase

Belly bands are the way of the future. They're about a fiver, and they're amazing. I'm six months in and still wearing some of my pre pregnant pants with the band to hold them up.

I had to give up on my normal trousers and skirts at about 7 weeks! I hated belly bands and inbvested instead in two pairs of black jeans-like trousers from H&M in two different sizes and I'm still wearing those. They are straight/skinny so I can roll them up to make crops as well.

I found my thighs got bigger quite quick so none of my trousers fitted me cos I always wore very skinny jeans and there was no room for more thigh in them! :rotfl:

But I have totally lived in my black trousers and sweats.
