Me too. I thought it was good to show the BF.

Enlightening watching it isnt it. Shocking some of the niavity on that programme. Her who had the CS was so selfish.

  • I just thought I would pop over to the preg thread as I haven't peeked for ages and I SERIOUSLY cannot believe how long that EDD list is. Wow, it was never that long when I first started out with Jack. Its certainly grown very popular.

Good luck to all you bumpy ladies.

Welcome!! I conceived 10days after I had my coil removed how quick was it for you? (I haven't notice ur EDD)
I'm hoping for a labour like ur first for this one, my first/last labour was 7hrs from waters to birth and I was fully expecting the whole being in pain for like 24hrs!!

    Hi :D Thanks :j

I'm so useless at remebering when my last period was that i don't actually know my due date but it will be around 10th Dec i reckon. So that means anytime from 7 to 14 days after the coil was removed! Going to register with midwife this week so hopefully i'll have an idea of first scan date, nervous!!

Morning ladies and tummies, and congratulations to new babies and new mummies and new arrivals!

    We're all sick :(

While my grandmother was in hospital, those of us who visited her have all come down with the chest infection/achy bones/stuffy nose that was doing the rounds on her ward. My aunt was in a different ward at the same time, and everyone who visited her has caught the stomach bug that was going around her ward. There are three unfortunate family members who visited both. It would be mean to laugh at their misfortune but sometimes I can't help myself!

My good friend came round last night. She thoroughly enjoyed prodding away at my belly to make the occupant dance a bit, although Bellyfrog was rather uncooperative, considering.

Morning all, I just cant stay away!

Ok so last night we fed Ryan at about 9.30, put him down awake at 10pm and he didnt wake until 4am! I was in shock, but is that ok, cos i heard the midwife in hospital telling one of the mums she should wake the baby for a feed every 4 hours?

I didnt have such problem with DS1 as he just woke every 2-3 hours in the beggining, but I dont want to keep disturbing DS2

OH got up with him at 4am and let me stay in bed, and this morning i've been banished to the sofa while he does the bottles :D
Although I did put a small load of washing on before he caught me :rotfl:

oh dear, had a bit of a to-do with hubby last night.
he really wants to find out sex of the baby when we go for next scan. i really dont want to. but then he said that it feels to him like i am making all the decisions and that its 'my baby' and not 'our baby'. felt awful, so think i may have to compromise on this one. so if we found out the sex and not tell a soul (not even on here) how easy a secret would it be to keep for 20 weeks??
has anyone previously managed to do just that??
    thanks
