Can anyone recomend a place to get any decent comfy troussers or jeans. I have just ballooned ok i know it's all food i just can't stop eatting at the mo. But i really do feel bloated too. I am only 4 ft 10'' and already a size 18 i was a size 12 before ds wish i still was.
i find normal troussers and jeans hard to come by let alone maternity ones. Even my jogging bottoms feel tight and i can't wear them out in the day as people will guess i am pg. Lived in jogging bottoms when pg with ds

On the steak thing i am a chef and blue means show it the grill basicly. Lots of french and posh customers have it and i hate doing them.
I don't want it to be still mooing and running around my plate thank you. Nice medium anything else and your killing the steak. Another customer loves his like a piece of coal! what a waste of £17!

Glad everyone seems to be doing ok at the moment - having gotten over horrid blood tests etc!

A note on peanuts - I did a bit of research into this because I love peanut butter - they are probably going to reverse the guideline on eating peanuts even if you have an allergy. Since they brought in the guidelines the rates of peanut allergies have shot up, the theory now is that it is better if the mother eats peanuts so that the baby can develop some resistance to the nut oil which causes the reaction. My OH has asthma and other allergies but I'm eating peanuts and hopefully it wont be a problem. I think there was something recently on BBC news website if you want to read about it.

Thanks to everyone for your comments about godparents. How ignorant am I? I I didn't even realise the religious connection and although I was brought up a catholic I'm an atheists now and leaning towards humanist. I think I will have a look on the web and see if the humanist society has anything to say about the subject otherwise I think I will make up my own traditions :p

SM - we've only bought 'boys' clothes so far but they're not boyish really. Unfortunately every time we go near baby clothes and see anything with a lion on we HAVE to buy it!

My fave so far are Gap babygros with 'Daddy's pride and joy' and 'Mummy's pride and joy' with a lion/ess and cub. We have 3 different sizes. How mad are we?!

Congrats to JM on team blue and ML on team pink :T

Well, we got to scan late as OH was running late as usual!!!

Scan was great - everything in working order.

Baby has long legs - I said to OH - 'Ru sure it's mine?!' at a piddly 5ft 1!!!

So, to the sex.............................. she put it on a view so baby was as if you were changing nappy with legs in the air and there was defo two little balls and a willy (although cord was in the way a bit) but I am 100% sure I could see what she was pointing at. OH didn't have his glasses on.

So, I'm Team Blue - Can someone update the list to include a little blue icon for me?!!!!

I didn't see the MW afterwards and got to the bank on time :T
