Woman I know who uses them flushes no.2's straight down the toilet in the flushable liner, which does sound better than them sitting for 2 weeks in our landfill bin which is one reason why I considered them. She washes then every other day in standard washing powder, no soaking.
Also £99 for 3 years worth seemed quite good.Too many children, too little time!!!0 -

I'm all for washable nappies, used them for Aimee most of the time... She went in disposables at night and if we were out for the day or away... I plan on using them a lot more for this one... I probably won't use disposables in the night unless it pees buckets... I think cost does stack up against disposables... I know I never had to worry about finding a tenner for nappies when I didn't have a brass bean!
Does anyone know what's in the baby event this time?A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

) & she never had any problems, neither did I, even when they were soaked in summat strong & then boil washed (good old days 20-odd years ago!) :rotfl:Might get some just to spite some of the MILs out there. Actually, I'm almost a MIL now, DS1 & his fiancee have a little lad - can I start interfering, d'you think? :rotfl:
