Aimee's wardrobe has 2 rails in it, I always used to use the top rail for her current clothes and the bottom rail for her 'to grow into' clothes... Now she has so much that the top rail is dresses, trousers and school uniform and bottom is skirts and tops... And then jumpers are piled on the floor in there... It is certainly not a dead space lol

I am so tired. Could really do with going to my bed. It's been a long night. Unfortunately, DH has missed the last train home to the train station which is a 5 minute walk from our house. This means I need to go and get ready and pick him up from another train station! He ALWAYS leaves it too late for the easy option. Grrr. I'm away to get dressed. x

Hi all.. Jimmy Carr was very good! :D Bumped into the top guy from work there too - he was with his "ladyfriend" and introduced me as "This is Lynsey from work - remember, I told you she was pregnant, didn't I?".. intriguing that I've been mentioned in the boss' household!

I really need to get some fruit inside me.. :( Last night I had fish and chips with chocolate pudding, and today I've had a tray of chips from the chippy, half a bag of Thorntons toffee, tin of Heinz spag bol and toast and just now had two pieces of chicken and chips from KFC! Good job I had orange Tango with it!

My Sis has been excitedly txting me this afternoon - she's bought Bob an outfit for his wardrobe! (wardrobe in my old room at home which is rapidly filling up with kit and clothes). Apparently it's cord trousers and hooded fleece with a dinosaur on! :D She's also bought me baby coathangers.. SIL has said she wants to paint us some pictures for the nursery - she's an artist and works in a gallery so we do trust her ;) Just need to think about a theme first!

Hope everyone is okay xx Special hugs to Mrs Moc and labour vibes for AM, feelie and slscarborough :) xx

I'm gonna see if I can crowbar hubby off his xbox and up to bed... 2 helpings of toffee cheesecake have given me heartburn :(

Night night tara and Krystal xx

Slight panic.. I've just checked our answerphone (usually remember every three weeks!) and found a msg from Wickes about our kitchen delivery.. "next Thursday" When I phoned to book it, about six weeks ago, they gave me 30th April. I asked if there was anything earlier and the 16th was mentioned but the girl seemed reluctant to give me that date (I was jumping the queue a bit) so we agreed everything for the 30th... However, next Thursday is the 16th!! Had best phone on Monday (doubt there will be anyone there tomorrow) to sort it out! Lordy..

Anyone else had/having trouble with cramp?

About five times now, I woken up with cramp. Always when I wake up on my back and flex my foot for the first time on waking. Most of the time it's gone away after a few minutes, but I'm still feeling the after effects from yesterday morning's cramp even now :( When I woke up this morning it ached and again when I woke up from a nap earlier. Feels like there's a "knot" there and like I can't quite stretch my leg out fully, but nowhere near as bad as proper cramp

What even causes cramp anyway? Something to do with salt.. too much or too little salt? With all the chips I've been eating, I can't have a lack of salt!! :o

I mentioned it a few weeks ago, but when I was 17 I ended up at hospital having blood thinning injections and a scan on my leg for a suspected DVT after waking up with cramp and still feeling the after effects days later - strangely enough, same part of my leg and it was a cramp on a Thursday morning and hospital on Saturday night again that time too! At the time it was just my mum being over cautious I think, I'm not thinking I need to go to hospital again or anything daft.. it's just annoying! :(

Might have to get those corks on a string after all.. :o

    Morning all,
Can't believe I'm the first on here this morning!!
Hope everyone had a good night's sleep. I need to get the grill on shortly as the freezer door came open overnight and a load of meat (about £25-worth) has defrosted. It can't have been open long as most of the stuff is still completely frozen but need to cook up the stuff that has defrosted as there is no way I'm risking re-freezing it without cooking it first.

Really annoying though as we only bought £50-worth of meat on Thursday and put it in that freezer (we have two freezers) and it was practically empty before then!!

Elle - I get cramp too, exactly how you described too. I don't know what causes it so I'm not much help but wanted to say that you're definitely not alone!

    Morning Everyone

I waiting patiently (lol) on my bed waiting for the DR to come and give me a yeah or nay for my Easter dinner today so my fingers and toes are all crossed.

I have been getting really bad cramps in one of my feet (right) and in my toes its so painful and you can feel the ache in it for days after.

In my first pregnancy I kept getting cramps in my tongue :rotfl:
I have yet to meet anybody who has had this also, its the strangest sensation I'll never forget it though I have never had it since.

Sounds like a slap up dinner today in your house chopsticks :T

I have now added a box thorntons toffee to the list of very important things I need DH to bring me down on Monday when the shops open lol. I love the toffee with the fruit and nuts in it.
