Sorry skint but no asking for medical advice I'm afraid :) Only advice that can be given is contact your GP/Midwife and ask them...

Thanks for that - I'll have a look when I next by that way. I really need work tops tho!
I would say the plain ones are fine for office wear provided you're not in the sort of office that requires a shirt/blouse type top IYKWIM :)
ticklepenny - it does depend on bubba's presentation tho, only feet first breach is do-able, If my bubs decides to spin round to feet first breech I'll still be plumping for a home birth :D
External Cephalic Version, they attempt to manually turn a breech baby the right way up from the outside. As Sami so eloquently put it: _pale_

I think that must have been how my friends went, she had big bruises all over her bump from it but... it did work and she had a 'normal' labour :T

Ickle when did you apply for your HiPG? Doubt there is much point in me even checking my account yet lol

edit to add - Nope no sign of mine yet but then it's not been more than 2 weeks so I wasn't really expecting it :)
From what I hear its the people that applied in Jan that are getting paid now, I sent my form mid feb so I'm expecting to get it mid may (assuming they stay 4mths behind)

I was talking about GBS, I've prdered my test kit (which is FREE) my MWs said they'll do the swabs for me if I prefer - I think I'll take them up as embarrassing as it is (vaginal and rectal swabs :() I don't want to do it wrong, you only pay when you actually get the swabs tested and its £32 but IMHO worth it as if it goes un detected bubba could die:eek: all the info is here http://www.gbss.org.uk/

not showing the picture cos if its a boy sometimes you can really see the testicles and little penis....
I've never seen a standard 20wk scan pic show a winky ;) If you asked the sonographer I'm sure they'd make sure you couldn't see on the pic

Also and im sure Sami and someone else has been having problems but i feel as tho my insides are falling out of my foof...sorry TMI but if im on my feet for even half an hour everything swells up and i feel a pressure building up....I asked them to have a look and they wouldnt...they said it was her feet pushing down but im not so sure!!!
Me n Greent have prolapse *ho hum* the MW wouldn't look but said if it gets painful/uncomfortable etc then to see GP - I don't think MWs are qualified in these things;)
oh and I can deff tell its not feet coz i feel it far too close to the outside and you can see that things aren't as they should be  I can't wait to get all my bits n bobs fixed after this bubba I haven't felt sexy for aaagggees:rolleyes:

Great minds and all searching !!!:D

    Ok TMI alert
I have had on and off constipation for the last 14 days but havent been at all since Saturday. Was back at work today and I had the worst pains in my stomach you have ever felt in your life and I was farting like a little trooper:eek:
Anyway went to the toilet about an hour ago and I still hurt

Sorry, but Chris does not like to discuss toilet issues and I needed to moan that I hurt !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Trust me honey I feel ur pain!!!
Get yourself a 'script for lactulose at my docs you don't need to see the GP for it just post a little bit of paper and when they see ur preggers they just give it to ya :T I'm in crying pain if I forget a dose tho

I could go worse, after Jasmine, I kept asking for something to help me go as I knew I would find it hard (excuse the pun:o) but was given nothing and told that it would sort itself out
Anyway, 10 days later !!!!! I had to get help to remove it from my system as I was so blocked up and ripped so badly that I couldnt sit down for several days:cry:
OMG when I was in hosp they told my mate in the next bed if she didn't poop within 36hrs of her c/s they'd give her some sennakot and I didn't go during the 2 days I was in and they offered me some but I declined - I'v always been scared of laxatives - I think it'll be like on the movies _pale_
