poptarts! _pale_
Off the Trafford Centre tonight, so hubby can buy by birthday pressie. I want a new handbag. I think I might have to try and get another bra fitting - oops and I need more tops. To be far - I am still wearing most of my looser, pre-preg size 8 tops, but they are beginning to ride up and my choice is becoming very limited. I think I'm gonna look for non-maternity, but longer tops.
ooh not at the traff but I recommend Sainsbury's TU t-shirts
I got a bright pink one on sat its quite long (if I was a hussy I could wear it as a dress:p)and in my usual sz12 with room for my already big bump to expand further, it was 4 or 5 £ its some new fabric called modalvery nice n soft comes in bright pink, black, white and I think there was a blue n white patterned one too
right off to morribobs and then to collect kissifer from his Grandma0 -
Sami, is that the paper with the beige to a gold to a warm chocolate colour squares? I looked at that for our hall.0

What notes?
Is that something we will be given by the mid-wife? We haven't seen the mid-wife yet, first appointment next week.
I like the idea of a surprise, but from a practical viewpoint, it means we would have to only choose one name (which is hard enough) rather than two different names.
Yes, the midwife should give your partner hand held notes when she sees her next week if thats the booking in appointment? In my area we see a MW at the Dr's surgery for an initial chat and are then referred on to the hospital where the 12w scan and booking in appointment (bloods, etc) are combined. But we have had all sorts of variations on this thread!
But you have until the 20w scan (if your PCT allows) to decide on whether to find out the sex so lots of time for discussions.

Hello! Thought I'd pop in and introduce myself - I'm around 8 weeks pregnant with my first baby. I'm anxiously waiting for a midwife to get in touch to arrange my booking in appointment! I think it will feel more 'real' after than and my first scan!
Looking forward to getting to know everyone and picking up some useful tips. I have no symptoms as yet, felt a little nausea yesterday but that's about it.2008 wins: Avon handcream, 4 x body cream set, L'Oreal moisturiser, Tom Tom One XL sat nav, Jackie Collins book, Orange Liveradio, 6 night holiday to China!, 2 x Status Quo tickets, St Helier Cider stuff, Aperitivo bowl, signed Paul O'Grady book, Jessop's CeWe photo book, Flight of the Red Balloon dvds/book, Wild Bean Cafe mug & spoon.0 -
