Hiya:) I meant 21st is the last day you can use the vouchers:)TBH, I wouldn't until the last day to use your vouchers. You might not find all 3 items in stock. Why don't you try using them in our local? go on, I dare you;):rotfl: (or you could always nip on the train to st albans:D) I think it is safe to say the line voucher is working everywhere now. If you like, I could meet you in town and do the glitch for you?

enjoy your eggs. I haven't eaten a single one:(

    Hi

Ive used the magic 2 in our local a few weeks ago and it went through ok. Line Lift & Peel voucher.

Good luck when you use them.

Very quick visit to B's and got:

    3 * No17 wipes reduced @ 99p each = £2.97
    3 * No17 Nail Vanish FREE
    1 * No17 Trio Eyeshadow on clearence @ £1
(but NO Free Nail Vanish as the till would not subtract the value of the nail vanish; was told does not apply to clearence items; could not b asked to argue as I believe there appears 2b NO exceptions on the offer advertised instore which states with ANY No17 purchase. I think if the price is on the SEL label, thus on Mr B's system, the nail vanish go free but if the price has 2b entered by the SA the offer does not kick in)

    6 * No7 Eyeshadows on clearence @ £1 each (with 342 offer) = £4
Braun handbag size curler @ £3.75 on clearence (not sure what the original price was?)

So in total pd £11.72 with 2 Cosmetic vouchers earned...

*** Also Many Congrats Nikinackyloo on ur engagement!!! :T When this was happening how did u entretain the idea of visiting Mr B's, lol?!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:***

  • I bought a Boots Air Ioniser last week on clearance, hoping it might help with DD's hayfever. I'm a bit sceptical about anything that isn't totally scientifically proven, I've read various articles on ionisers which didn't draw any conclusions one way or another about the health benefits.

I decided to plug it in and give it a go before I gave it to DD. I placed it in my bedroom which also contains a tv, my computer and a manmade fibre carpet, all sources of static. I should add that I am a smoker and tend to smoke when in my room on the computer, we also have a fluffy cat who is moulting at the moment and tries to sleep on my bed if she gets the chance during the day. All of this is a pretty tough task for an ioniser to cope with but so far I'm mightily impressed despite being cynical in the first instance.

It's a small white plastic box which you plug into a socket and place as centrally as possible in a room, I put mine on my bedside table. It's totally silent in operation and works by emitting a stream of negatively charged ions which supposedly grab dust, smoke and other pollutants out of the air and cause them to fall to the floor or deposit themselves onto walls and other surfaces. The idea is that it also gives you the same sense of well being as the air you breathe diectly after a thunderstorm or when standing near a waterfall, in both examples the air is loaded with negative ions.

Well, I am pleased to report that much to my amazement it works really well. My room smells fresh and clean despite my smelly smoking habit, also there's now no visible dust in the air when the sun is shining in. One big benefit which was totally unexpected is that I've been sleeping really well ever since I plugged it in, usually I wake frequently during the night, too hot, too cold or for no apparent reason, this week I've slept like a log.

Hope this helps anyone who is thinking of giving an ioniser a try, the jury is still out on the hayfever as I need to buy DD her own ioniser, I don't want to part with this one :rotfl:
