I've received my latest points and it DOESN'T include the points for DVD rentals (750 points per order x 4) nor does it include registering new tesco mobile no.s (300 points x3) AND I didn't get the points for taking up Tesco Home phone (2000 points). I've been phoning about each of these issues and only succeeded on the home phone because I still had the special offer leaflet with the offer code on it (CC28 in case anyone else needs it). Because I signed up for DVDs following Martin's email in November, via the direct link to Tesco, I didn't make a note of the offer code - so I can't get my points back and the same has happened with my mobile registration.

Warning for the future: if you take up any special points offers make a note of the offer code, then when, if, the points don't come through you have a case to argue.

    I'm down 3300 points - that's £132 off my next holiday..... I'm NOT PLEASED!

    Hope this helps you help:)
  • So anyone know if the same code can be used more than once?

I just used the 1000 points for £50 spend one and I'm well up for another £50 worth of shopping for a tenner (after clubcard deals of course).

I noticed this was asked before and no-one answered but I find it hard to believe nobody has tried the same code twice.

    anyone?

....and, what about a second delivery to the same address but a different account - eg could you use the same code on say my internet order, and then one on my other half's account?

It seems like everyone I know has received their clubcard vouchers - my Mum, my best friend etc all received theirs over two weeks ago. Do you think I should contact Tesco Clubcard?

    I've been Money Tipped!
There's still a few days until their cut off date of 3rd June.

I imagine if you ring now, they'll tell you to wait until then before you ring back, but it's worth a try if you're wondering, as it's a freephone number.

You'd have to open another online account, say in you OH's name, or AN others name . Same address is fine, so long as it's registered under a different e mail address.

You can also register accounts in, say your MIL name (best to have same surname - saves problems in future when ordering deals) at her address (so long as she remembers to pass on your vouchers....but to get your address set up as a delivery address.

    Hope this helps :D
