My daughters came about 6 weeks later than mine did to the same house aswell. I dont know how they work it out but we have different surnames though.

Did anyone ever receive the 1200 points for the code that was sent out with the Wine Club mailing in March?

I complained back in April after 28 days elapsed and I hadn't received them. Tesco then assured me by e-mail that I'd get them within 8 weeks (even though this meant I wouldn't get them in time for the May mailing and hence couldn't use them towards Deals for my summer holiday :mad:)

I've just realised that the 8 weeks have now elapsed and I still haven't received them, so I've e-mailed them again saying I refuse to wait any longer and I would like them added manually as the code was obviously faulty.

I used the wine club code too, i rang and complained and have been told there was a problem with the code and it wont be added until just before the next mailing. I am not happy either but they insist they will go on then and they say they cant add them manually.

Never mind summer days out at this rate i will be using them for magazine subs for xmas presents!

Not again...this happened last year too.

I had to chase mine again and again and again...I finally got them in the Feb 2006 mailing, after a wine order in March 2005.

I'm a new Clubcard member and have just received my first statement, I've got a £1.50 Voucher and voucher total £1.50, If i don't spend this before my next statement do these accumulate onto my next statement ?

Aletank.. they should have an expiry date.. I think about 2008.. so yes you can accumlate them!!

I have an old voucher (no on-line code) can I use it with new on-line vouchers rec'd today. I have never used cc deals before and after reading this forum I will never spend them in store again. I only have a total of £13.50 in vouchers including the old one which is still in date

yes you can use the old one but you need to send the vouchers off to the postal address, it gives you the details on the website.

has anyone else had an email saying they give you 50 points for every online clubcard deal you do?

My email says 50 points for converting voucher(s) to a Deal before middle of June - but I didn't read it as 'for every deal' only as a one-off I thought? Haven't converted any yet this time tho'.

My 50 point offer was part of the CC mailing with the vouchers.
