Just wondering if anyone had sent back indate Tesco deal tokens and exchanged them for airmiles?
Partner has been posted to germany and I've various deal tokens that we were going to use but now I need airmiles.
I have emailed Tesco and asked and they replied quickly and said I could send the any deal tokens back and they'd exchange them.
Has anyone else done this??
xx :rolleyes:0 -
We did the Rac deal through tesco vouchers a while ago but changed our minds they were fine about it and refunded the tokens. So you shouldn't have a problem.:)0

Sent some MFI ones back with a covering letter saying they hadn't got anything I wanted, Tesco credited me with the points will get the vouchers next time round, they didn't swap them for any other deals but then I didn't ask them to.0

Thanks, I asked about airmiles and thats what I wanted to exchange, they said that they would send me airmiles vouchers back for whatever the amount of deal tokens I send in.
Couldn't believe they said it was ok! very pleased0 -
This is my 1st posting - so apologies if this appears elsewhere. I just put it on a contact lenses thread, and then realsied that the last posting there was last June - so in case no one reads it there - I have put it here too.
I am on the Boots Vision Plan, for my monthly disposable lenses. It isn't cheap (£18.50), but I have expensive lenses due to dry eyes, and the price includes solutions and twice yearly aftercare. I priced up the on line alternatives, and there didn't seem much in it.
However, I did notice that you can now use Tesco Clubcard vouchers to join HSA. £28.50 of Clubcard vouchers buys 1 year of HSA Family Cover Level 1, which is worth £114.40. As I understand it, this means I could claim back up to 50% of my contact lens scheme costs (up to £70) - and when I rang them, they said contact lens schemes were covered within the plan. This makes it worth joining for me, but I can also claim for dental fees, osteopathy etc for myself, husband and 2 children - should the need arise over the year. I am going to join. If anyone else is interested in the scheme, the link is:

I hope this is of use to someone.0
