phoned up and she said she didn't know the date they had been sent (!) but they had been issued. She has offered to re-issue them, but when I said their message had said all vouchers would arrive by today, she said re-issuing them would take 2 weeks so it might be worth waiting a couple more days. I'll give it until Saturday......sigh...

Phoned yesterday--got them today. Told to ring if I hadn't got them by tomorrow. They said they were late this time going out.

We phoned up customer services today as our receipts said they should have arrived by 8th March (which have always turned up before the last day previously) and they still didnt arrive this morning. The lady said that they have had major problems with the post and are having to cancel clubcard vouchers and reissue them for a lot of people. Needless to say she cancelled ours and we now have another 14 days wait. Still, at least they have been cancelled incase somebody else has had them delivered to them! :o

I sent off my deals together with an order form to change them into Eurotunnel voucher. These deals were received in November and February.

Today I had a letter saying would I call this number (0870 !!) as they had experienced a problem in processing my request.

I rang them and have been told that three of the vouchers could not be processed because they were rolled over from November to January  . These were the only ones received in November so I haven't got a clue why they are saying they were rolled over.

I was told to ring the Head Office (0800) and see what they said. I did this and was told they would need to send an email to someone in the accounts department to see what's happened. They hopefully should get back to me today or on Monday.

Now if I was trying to pull a fast one with Tesco I wouldn't mind but I'm not. Has anyone else experienced this before please?

Can some one explain how they work.

I have looked on line and all it says is that one point is worth one penny, but it doesn't say how much you have to spend to get a point, i thought it was £1 can some one tell me if this is right please

I have spent £110 this morning and was wondering how many points i would get back and how much the points would be worth.

    Thanks :j

I think that would be 110 points which equals £1.10 in tesco money off vouchers or £4.40 in deals tokens. It would seem the way to bump up points is through special offers where products are advertised as having extra points if you buy them or through the extra points codes for home delivery.

So it works out as a point for every pound you spend and a penny for every point in clubcard vouchers :j :j

    Thanks for that Floflo

Best way to accumulate points is doing shopping online as there are usually several codes which give eg;1000 extra points for £50 or £75 spend.

They have just told me the computer has made a glitch...................and I shouldn't have the vouchers. That means despite spending loads of money from July till February I am not entitled to any vouchers but would like me to accept a gift voucher!!!!

I've told them I am not interested as I am due the vouchers. Luckily I use access whenever I purchase petrol & food so can tell them how much has been spent. Got to wait until Monday now before I hear anything else. Not happy:(.
