Anyone else still waiting for Feb vouchers?

yes, still waiting, but I noticed that someone had contacted tescos re missing vouchers and they had been posted out weeks ago. So I emailed them yesterday and asked them to cancel mine if this was the case and send some more. Might be worth doing this? I think today was the day they were supposed to arrive by, wasnt it?

Yes! 8th March is date stated on bottom of receipt.

Hi guys & gals. I have about £400 in points (as yet unconverted into deals), from vouchers collected from my family, and from my mother-in-law (kindly donated). I would like to use them to book a Cosmos holiday. My question is (a) will it matter that the vouchers are all in different names, and (b) do I just go in a travel agent with my vouchers (once converted) and hand them over, or is it more complicated than that? Does anyone have experience of using vouchers to pay for a Cosmos holiday? Thanks in advance.

As far as im aware you can only convert ones in your own name.....im sure i had read this on here somewhere. I may be proved wrong though......

You won't be able to use your MILs vouchers for your holiday as they aren't registered to your address. Ring clubcard helpline and they can advise further to this.

When vouchers exchanged into deals, you'll need to ring cosmos direct to book the holiday...you should expect to pay the full brochure price, not the special offers you can get...if you are allowed the special offers, consider it a bonus!

The easiest thing is to go onto the clubcard web page and check out the T and C which are available if you click on the brochure you wish to book from

The message on the Clubcard line says they will be delivered by today.....I've never waited this long..... :mad:

I know of one other person (surname L and I'm F) who hasn't had theirs, but two others have had theirs (surnames H and all of us in the same town.

Am I really last????????? I want to go shopping in MFI and the current sale has already been extended twice, Ican't see it being as good after the 15 March (their next sale change date!)

I had a mailing go missing once, it was the one before xmas, but the best tesco would offer at the time was the missing vouchers would be added to my next statement.

This current mailing came weeks ago for me, and with the ones i have saved up, i purchased an oven from MFI.I sent them in via special delivery on a Saturday as i had over £200 worth of vouchers, and they arrived the following Thursday i think it was.So unless the sale is extended again, ( hard to believe they will do it for what is a 4th time) then i think you may have missed it

They actually cocked ours up when we tried to convert them..... We expected £30 of money off vouchers (to take our daughter to the zoo) and we received £10.
My wife phoned to ask what had happened, and they said they credited it all back onto clubcard points card!! Stupid or what!??!
They they had the audacity to actually ASK if we wanted them changing to vouchers.......... no, of course not. Just thought we'd phone and see why they didn't do it in the first place...... Where do they find their staff???
