I also have not had my clubcard statement either. A delivery of 12 bottles of wine ( using lots of offers!) due tuesday was cancelled till Thursday and then never arrived - despite 2 e-mails and not even an automated reply and 3 phone calls I expect to have a phone call tomorrow to find out where my wine has gone - the weather is bad yes but not a phone message - surely that could have been done.

Hi Welsh Dragon - hope you are a strong dragon if you have same experience as I did with MFI. Bought double bed, delivery men brought it into house, asked me to sign delivery note, I said "Aren't you going to take it upstairs". No, was the response. I wouldn't sign, we rang head office - told because of Health and Safety regs. one man couldn't take a bed upstairs. I told him there were two men only to be informed "But one of them is the driver"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Being a lady fast approaching retirement age and with a wonky back I then threw a hissy fit. In the end they grudgingly took it upstairs - not as if they were narrow or steep stairs either.
So be prepared!

Surprised to read that Happyroly....we got a super kingsized bed (6ft wide) and the delivery guys took it upstairs and sited it with no moans or groans. They had to struggle a bit on our stairs as the thing was so big but they perservered until it was done.

I placed an order with the Tesco vouchers the beginning of January for a new bedstead/mattress for my daughter - no problems with the vouchers, very straight forward.
Was stated delivery of 9th february, so booked day off work - but 2 days before, I had a phone call to state there was a delay on the bedstead I ordered and that the new delivery date would be 23rd March !! I wasn't very happy about this :mad: and have been a bit worried with the recent talk of store closures and staff cuts. I just hope if MFI do fold that I will be reimbursed for my vouchers by Tesco.0 -
Hello Happyroly - I am not a very strong dragon but hubby is !! previous to yesterday's order we bought a kingsize bedstead, kingsize mattress, a pine bunk bed, 2 single mattresses and one computer chair all with tesco vouchers and the delivery men were excellent and took it all upstairs, suppose it depends on the delivery chaps.
I am sure MFI will continue for a while, but even if they did go bellies up I am sure Tesco would have to reimburse us.I am the only Voucher Queen in my village LOL

I've not had mine yet either - I'm never usually this late in the posting of them. I'm an 'F' and I'm in the south. Think I'll keep waiting until the end of next week, then give them a ring as i'm expecting quite a large amount.

I'm still waiting for mine too, normally I get mine really sharpish, so I've given myself a deadline of Wednesday next week and then I'll give them a ring................the worst thing is I'm actually needing to do a shop with them but knowing my luck I'll go and do my shop and then my vouchers will arrive........Grrrrr!!!
Must admit I'm feeling a bit better now knowing that there are others still waiting too, anyway will let you know if they arrive next week.0 -
No clubcard vouchers but I got the wine the lovely wine - they phoned this morning and lots of excuses as to no deliveries this week in this area due to snow! then they delivered it - my friend got her shopping on Wednesday this week just along the road so they had a problem but not telling truth and I got no paperwork at all with the wine so dont know what they have taken as discounts! My clubcard receipt last week said receive by 9th March so hopefully soon

At least you got a call! I only found out a bed due for my some on the 14th Feb wasn't going to be here when I phoned to find out if it would be an am or pm delivery! They said they could deliver the matress but not the bed - I told them what to do with that idea! I was told the bed 'may' arrive during March. At that point we cancelled the delivery and brought a bed from Argos instead!
Am still awaiting the points to go back on my Tesco account, but I'll let you know!
