I used a voucher donated by someone but didn't swipe Clubcard went to Customer Services and got points added last night no problems

Mine have just arrived, they seem to be a lot later than everyone else. But still, they are here (and include a 'double points on your shopping' voucher)

Mine arrived yesterday - included the double points on your shopping voucher but none from Tesco Petrol Shame that as dh has been faithfully shopping there for his petrol!

I am just about to change some Tesco vouchers into MFI ones - is it really as straight forward as going into any MFI and using the vouchers to but anything or are there any little clauses I need to know about thanks in advance for your help

I've just done this a couple of weeks ago with no problems at all. Very straight forward and easy.

It stated (at the time, at least) on the Tesco website that the highest token value amount you could get was £60 but a customer services advisor on the telephone told me that was outdated and the highest voucher amount was £100 now.

You are only allowed to use a maximum of 15 MFI vouchers per transaction so if it is a large purchase you are making, make sure you ask Tesco for your MFI vouchers to be sent in the largest denomination possible, so your 'buying power' is as high as possible.

Hello, I have just picked up a Tesco clubcard & activated it with a spend of a couple of ££ at a local Tesco express & am about to register it online. I have come across some money off & extra points "codes", but would it be pushing it to use these as new customer & while I only have a tempory clubcard?

Alikat, i think you would be better off asking this question when MSE knows where it stands with Tesco and the use of online codes on the website. Everything is up in the air at the moment and i would put off posting about 'pushing' Tescos limits just now.

There is a minimum spend also (either £150 or £250).
We used ours afew days ago and you should make sure name on vouchers is same as name on delivery note....otherwise it will be queried due to fraud etc.

I must add that the recent closures and staff cuts do not bode well for MFI s
future. This together wih rumours of liquidation left me a bit wobbly having parted with my clubcard vouchers. However Tesco Clubcard personnel assured me that MFI have renewed their clubcard deals contract for the next two years and I would be reimbursed should MFI fold and not deliver my goods.

Has anyone else had a similar experience / feedback??
