    Hi,
I'm relatively new to this Tesco thing. My husband and I have a clubcard account each and we're saving for a holiday. I've noticed on this site people talk about having multiple clubcard accounts. What is the best way to get a second individual account without the Tesco police getting me.
    Thanks,
    Charley.

You can open another account at the same address and with the same surname, which is what quite a few people do, however, as you may have read from 1 May, this is going to change where you can't share them "between friends & family members" - no one seems to have any detail on this, tho, so we're not too sure yet.

I guess if you're going to do it, do it in your son/daughter's name, who "coincidently" has the same initial as you and/or your husband & I'm hoping that might be a way around it - watch this space!

    Hi,
In my clubcard statement I received some vouchers with points on selected purchases, for example 20 points if I buy something from the bakery. I've already placed an order online and used them. Anyone know if I can use them again online? Can I use them in store?
    Thanks.

Doubt it - they've been clamping down on coupons being shared, (part of the reason we suspect they're stopping passing clubcard points around too)

The codes are much shorter now - about 8 digits rather than the ones that were about 12 digits before - you could plead ignorance and try I suppose...
  • If I bought something with my vouchers, say jewellery for example can I take it back and get the cash back. I assume you can't but was just curious.

Does anyone know if the activity days included in tesco clubcard scheme have names on the deal vouchers once they have been issued. I am particularly interested in the driving activies "everymans driving". Thanks in advance.;)

    Hi

    Newbie to this section ....

I have been accumulating points at Tesco's for about 4 years now, and although I do recall getting some vouchers at certain times, I just threw them in the bin, thinking they would just accummulate and now, when I have probably accummulated enough to make a purchase worthwhile, I have discovered they restart every quarter. Do you think I should phone them up and tell them I've lost my purse or something and see if I can get them re-instated (even probable expired one) ?????

Just called Tesco and they are going to reissue all my vouchers issued from Oct 2005 - amounting to £67.50 and these will come with my May statement. In the meantime I can expect to get £16.50 in March's statement.

WooooooHooooooo - I wonder what that will buy me ??????

Regarding the new rules about Clubcard Deals vouchers changing in May I have just received my mailings forthis quarter and discovered that the key fob card I have bee using for 3 months is in fact my daughtersand £30.00 of vouchers are in her name. Is it possible to change them into another name?? as otherwise I wont be able to se them for my husband and I to go on holiday thisyear.

As long as your Daughters card is registered to your address, you can use the vouchers under any name.

For example, I used mine and my OH's (different name) to order some National Autocentre vouchers and they came through fine in his name, even though 1/3 of them were originally issued in my name.

I'm going to be making a purchase from tesco direct but want to my wife's tesco card to be credited with the points. Is this possible? When checking out if I use my wife's card number will there be any problems?

    Should work fine.

Only case it will cause probs is if you use a tesco credit card to pay for the purchase, therefore your credit card number IS your clubcard number. ;)
