Hi
I wondered if anyone could help. I had my first online order delivered last Wednesday spent over £50 should I have received a petrol voucher or is that just in store
thanks
Online too...you should have got a cream and red voucher from the delivery driver.
I'd give HO a ring, but wouldn't expect too much as it's been a few days now.Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

i am suffering too from this, have contacted customer services who have just replied today to say the offer finished on the 25th feb.
By my reconing though i should have also got one today on my delivery as when i log into my online account and look at the offers page in the grocery section it is still showing that you can get the petrol vouchers i have screen printed it with prove of date and asked them to let me know if it has finished as i ould like to take the matter up with trading standards for false advertising.
check your online account to see if you can still see the ofer if so email them and complain, the more that do it the more change we all have of getting our vouchers."Save the cheerleader - Save the world"0 -
Hi Everyone,
I used to get the special offer vouchers you get with your Tesco Clubcard statement in the form of in-store vouchers but as I hardly ever go in store I was just never using them and they were going to waste. As I've been doing my main shopping at Tesco online I thought it made sense to change to getting ecoupons so I could use these coupons and get the extra 50 points here and there for buying specific things.
I've just tried to add on 3 of these codes to my latest order though and it won't accept any of them  Has anyone else experienced this? I know you can't have more than one XX code etc but these are codes with 12 letters in them. I'm going to put my order through as I don't want to lose my slot but I was wondering if anyone had any success with getting these added by customer services after the fact? Thanks.
Regards

Hi all!
Already exchanged my cc vouchers for restaurant deals, but have now found out I will have some spare time in London soon and was wondering if the same vouchers can be used for attractions - say London Zoo??
cheers

I know its a very small victory but last week I ordered my shopping online as normal, and again, as normal, asked for no bags. It calculated that my £60 odd worth of shopping would fit into 4 bags so I would get 4 green points.
My shopping arrived and it was all packed in bags .... 16 of them!!
I phoned HO and asked them for the extra 12 points as they had used 12 bags that I had not wanted to use and guess what? They said yes!!!
I checked today and I do have an extra 12 green points!! I'm so pleased which is quite sad as it's only 12 points :T :beer:Ken Livingstone is my mother0 -
