It will be recredited but won't show on your account till about a week before the next cut-off point.
  • I sent my Clubcard Vouchers back to Tesco over a week ago to get them changed into Virgin Deal vouchers. I still haven't received the Deal Vouchers. Is this normal - can anyone please give an indication of how long Tesco usually takes to deal with this? Thanks in anticipation.

Hi all, After getting my MFI deal vouchers I ran in and bought a lovely new cooker (thanx tesco)
Only problem now is I have 130 pounds in MFI deal vouchers left and nothing to buy in MFI

How do I get these put back to account? do I send them back?

If so what address do I send them to and how will they know what I want them to do with them?
Also can I swap them for another deal I would like?

    Thanx in advance

Hi everyone, I'm hoping to pick the brains of you other MSErs yet again! (What would I do without you lot?!)

I've got a measly £2.50 in clubcard vouchers and am trying to sort some breakdown cover. Can I use them in deals to get some money off RAC cover, or do I need to have enough vouchers to cover the whole of the cost?

    Thanks everyone.

p.s. I know Autoaid is Martin's best pick for breakdown cover but I just can't guarantee I'll have enough money in the bank to pay for repairs when I breakdown.

Can I ask if anyone has had a similar problem when applying for Clubcard Magazine deals with their vouchers. I have applied for 3 magazine subscriptions as i received £28 in vouchers. My sister applied for these a while ago and when she received them they recommended that she send off the appropriate paperwork to the subscription companies via special delivery. The post office take £4.10 for each item as they were going to 2 separate companies so this was an additional £8.20 that she wasn't expecting. I have applied for 3 different magazines.

    Anyone else had this.

I emailed tesco asking about this and the reply I got was:

    Thank you for your email.

I am pleased to advise you can return Deals tokens to be refunded back to your account. All you have to do is forward them back to the address listed below with a short covering letter explaining what you would like to do with them.

    The address to return them to is;

    Returns department
    Tesco Freetime Ltd
    Po box 654
    Crawley
    RH10 1RG

    Hope that helps
