Booked £100 of vouchers just because i guess there is a £5 booking fee like with eurostar over the phone. Guess this means i am going to have to spend £3.
Oh well all this filling company car up at the nearest petrol station to my house gets me a return to france after 6 months of saving, i am happy:-)0 -
ruthyjo wrote:Hi - I posted a question about DLRP a couple of days ago and got some helpful responses. I got this quarter's mailings this morning and noticed you can use tesco vouchers to pay for Parc Asterix. Is this new? Has anyone been and what do you think? How near to the Siblu camp near Paris is it?
I'm wondering if we could do a day here too to reduce DLRP costs.
Yes it new with Tesco deals
I have not been but we are thinking about going when we are in France again in July
Says its 30km from Paris
It is Les Etangs Fleuris or La Croix De Vieux Pont you are staying at ?

I doubled checked by saying 'I haven't quite enough for my MFI furniture, can I keep saving and still get MFI vouchers when I get the May statement' and she said, 'yes, definitely'.
I've definitely got 10,000 coming this time, I'm owed 3,700 from last October time (wine, groceries and books points) and I've got a number of emails from them saying they will be added this time but I'm not holding my breath.
Fingers crossed I can get enough this quarter to be able to get the Malthouse range!!! I have enough with what I've already saved to get the Albany Cherry bedroom stuff, but another quarter might just get me enough to go posher!!!!
Well, I'm totally confused now! I'm after a much needed new bed and printed off a copy of Tesco's info about MFI deals. It clearly says that the order value up to and including 28th feb '07 has to be a minimum of £250 and this amount changes to £500 from 1st march '07. It also says that "you must have used your MFI tokens by 30th April '07"!
It's touch and go as to whether I'll get my tokens in time now and make it to my local MFI before the end of the month (and take advantage of the extra 20%!) so I asked customer services about it and the guy I spoke confirmed what is written. However, he did say that they will refund the vouchers back to my account if I use them in the end. My token value is just below the £250 which can get me a reasonable bed for a nominal amount from my otherwise restricted budget, but if they ARE retaining MFI then I can wait longer.
Has anyone else any further enlightenment on this please?

bluedog this is my understanding on MFI - go to MFI order your bed, the £250 deadline relates to ordered befor that date not paid for. pay a small deposit. When you get your vouchers send them in for the MFI deals and then go and pay for your bed.
Easy - But do make sure the delivery date is made so you have time to get vouchers and pay in full or you will have to pay real money
example - delivery date 30th March, they may want full payment by 30th feb.
so make sure you have time to get the deal tokens before 30th feb. Thanks to everyone who posts comps :T0 -
Does anyone know how the RAC membership works. If I pay now with tokens when would my cover start? I don't want it to start until the beginning of May when our AA membership runs out, but as I have enough money in vouchers I'd like to convert them to the RAC Deals token at the time time that I 'pay' for the HSA membership.ilovefreegle.org - give it away don't throw it away0

Hello!
This is my first question and I hope I am not asking one that has been answered many times - sorry if I am!
A couple of family members have given me a small amount of clubcard vouchers to add to the little I have and this will enable me to use them on a
magazine subscription and a yearly family pass to Legoland.
Can anyone please tell me if I use other peoples vouchers for a magazine subscription will the magazine have to be sent to the address of the cardholder? Also how would this also work for a yearly pass to Legoland?
I quite often buy things on Ebay and have noticed people 'auctioning' their clubcard vouchers and they get far more than the face value of them, I was very suprised. Does anybody else know about this?
Sorry again if this question has been asked time and time again but forgive me as I am new member!!0 -

Yes, I sell them on Ebay, and you can sell them whether they have your name on or not. People buy them because they buy that item, so even if they are paying £2 for a 150 points token, this is worth £6 in deals, so it would still be worth someone buying it for up to £6.

Re the MFI discussion - I recently completed an order under current conditions & took the chance to ask the MFI staff about the future. I was told that although the current offer is closing 30APR07, there will be a new offer, though not as generous. I was told that the new offer would be 2x value as opposed to the current 4x value. Perhaps this is what the Tesco Clubcard Customer Service were referring to, so it might be worth getting a qualification0
