I have just booked a holiday with XL.com paying for the entire holiday (flight and hotel package) with my Tesco vouchers. Initially I looked at their (XL) website which you can access from the Tesco Clubcard Deals page. There is a special section for Tesco users and the prices are listed. I phoned to confirm that I had the right price for the package and that it was still available, which it was. I then sent my tesco vouchers off to tesco to be converted, once I had them (4 days later) I again rang XL and booked the holiday - you have to give them the serial numbers found on the tokens. They gave me a number to write on all my tokens and I put them in the post - Registered delivery. Couple of days later the confirmation arrived in the post - 7 days B & B in Malta in September with not cash outlay from me!
I also use Clubcard vouchers to book hotels in London for a couple of nights - Usually use Ramada Jarivs - again I always give them a ring to check on prices and availability (internet and special prices do not apply) before I send my vouchers to Tesco for convertion.
So I suppose to sum up - give the company a ring and check before converting your clubcard vouchers. You do have to pay slightly more then the advertised price especially with hotels but I still see it as a free holiday - we have to eat and clubcard points are the reward we get for shopping at Tesco.
 Hope that helps
Thanks a lot huntsu1 .. I really appreciate your time and effort in explaining your experience of booking your holiday with the Tescos vouchers … Just off to check the Tescos website now ..0

Has anyone used their vouchers for a bathroom suite in MFI?
I've now got about £180 (x 4 = £720) and am in desperate need of a bathroom ... but a holiday would be nice (this thinking is why I desperately need a bathroom cos the holiday always seems to win!).
I've never bought anything in MFI and have heard good & bad stories about their kitchens but don't know anything about the quality of their bathroom suites.
I'm going to have a look at the weekend but any advice would be much appreciated, thanks0

from Mid january, you can use your tesco deals vouchers to help pay all or part of an Open University course :j
 £2.50 = £10 worth of OU vouchers.
pretty good if you are an Ou student and are planning an expensive course.
 One happy tesco customer here..

We ordered a new bathroom suite last Friday and also a stainless steel sink for the kitchen, paying using Tesco vouchers. Suite looked good in the shop, but won't be delivered for a few weeks, so can't give you any info on that yet.
Another tip, had been checking online first of all, so write down prices as I did, as wasn't sure which suite to go for until had seen them all. Prices instore were higher than the internet on a couple of the suites I was interested in, so asked if they would price-match online prices, which they did, with no problems. Again no problems when we said we were paying with Tesco vouchers.0

Thanks Anne Marie, I have been looking at the bathrooms online but hadn't thought to make a note of the prices so I'll do that now.
Hopefully going to look in our local MFI tomorrow 0 0
