There's an online customer enquiry form here:

Be prepared for a long wait... I tried the customer enquiry form and they still haven't got back with a reply after over 24 hours.

My order has been stuck at 'Being Processed' for nearly a week now yet they are still advertising the deal (K750 on Orange off Peak 1000) as in stock - what are they playing at. I vowed never to order OSPS after the shocking customer service from them and it looks like e2save is going the same way :(

Well my "clearance" black V3 on 12 months free rental arrived this morning (ordered about a week ago)....boxed with all the expected bits, unlocked and looking as new. I'm pretty impressed with E2save so far...with the flood of orders they must have had on these offers a little delay is to be expected

Ive just received my Pink V3 from them and im well pleased. Its boxed with all the extra bits and pieces including the usb lead. Ive had a clearance 7600 from carphonewarehouse last year which came shrinkwrapped to cardboard and thats how i thought this would be, so im pleasantly suprised.

I ordered mine late on 4th March and was emailed to say about a 7-10 day delay. So didnt expect to get it yet.

I had a text on my current phone at 6.15am this morning to say they had despatched my phone. I was checking my emails to track the delivery about an hour ago and while doing so there was a knock at the door and my phone arrived. So my daughter will be very pleased when she gets home. :j

For a completely online order, yes you should get an email- then the phone the next day or so. My Pink V3 arrived this morning but we slept through the postie's knock (must get a doorbell!), I'd certainly like it if it were boxed- plan to give it away.

Got a text last night to say it was being sent out by RM to arrive this morning before lunchtime, but no email.

I got a text and an email re the next phone delivery! The V3 was unfortunately not boxed for me (shame as I may sell it), but it did come with a receipt confirming the cashback at £280- £40 more than the line rental!

I've been holding for ages on the phone to customer service @ e2save. I think I'll send them an email instead. Has anyone got their cs email address? I've looked for it on their website with no success.

customerservices@e2save.com according the the back of an recent Invoice I have here.

Don't expect it to work though as it bounced back as "user unknown" when I tried earlier today
