I think this means they are waiting for stock. I ordered a wee cheap and cheerful phone with a 12 month free line rental deal for my son in the middle of October and it was on the pick list for six weeks, eventually arriving on 1st December.
It didn't really bother me as it ended up as an extra for his birthday.0 -
Oh great - how can you be waiting for clearance stock?!! No hurry as it's just replacing OH's 6230i which will then replace my V3i which will then be surplus to requirements!0

It should mean that they have put your order onto the picking list for the warehouse people to collect. Now as Anic has posted
or it could mean your order is waiting to be sorted by the people in their warehouse. If they are waiting for more stock then it could take a while before you get your phone, if its a long picking list (due to the highe demand or how quick he warehouse people are) you might be delayed in getting your phone otherwise it should be very soon before you receive your phone.means they are waiting for stock

Got my phone now- well chuffed. Is unlocked, and in mint condition- even came in proper SE box so don't think it can be clearance tbh. Came with silver, white and orange covers, a USB lead, a ahndsfree lead which will also plug into either their or another set of headphones, and obviously a mains charger. It had GPRS settings programmed into it for o2, voda, orange, t-mobile and virgin so it is configured in a way, but it's so so nice to not have to try to negotiate all the rubbish the networks put on the phones.
On the whole- very happy!
Tempted to sign up another one to put on ebay......0 -

I tried to order 3 phones. It would only let me order 2....
So I ordered 2 and then a third by another order.
I just got an email cancelling my order for 2 because I had allready orderd 1????
Now I'm really confused...especially as my first order was for 2..0 -
I ordered 3 - got an email saying 1 had been cancelled and the others would be sent in 7-10 days.
Today another has been cancelled...I guess the final one will be cancelled in the next day or so.
I am also confused.0 -
I got a text saying one has been dispatched. I've emailed to ask why the other 2 have been cancelled....no reply yet!0

I've had a bit of strangeness too. Last week I ordered ! phone- it slowwwlllyyy went through. Last night I ordered another from them and got an email that said 'further to my recent correspondance' they were cancelling my order, although I was free to reorder. I did, and emailed them to ask what the hell they were on about. This morning I had a text and an email asking me to call an 0871 number. I did so and spoke to someone that said she couldn't talk to me about what it was about over the phone, but I must take id to CPW before they could proceed with my order. I was assured that it was not the credit check, but other than that she was cagey. CPW couldn't even see my orders, but we called e2save who said it was an 'old lead' that was 'negative', and sorted on phone. (CPW didn't ask for id either so dunno why I had to go there). The old lead was from 2003 and I've had maybe 3 phones from them since then... E2save did mention, though, that I could only have 2 current phones from them (maybe there is flexibility with this?)- could that be the problem that others are having?0

I've been holding for ages on the phone to customer service @ e2save. I think I'll send them an email instead. Has anyone got their cs email address? I've looked for it on their website with no success.0
