I ordered for Nokia 6230i on Orange Anytime 200 and today I got a mail saying, it could be delayed by 7-10 days.

Does that mean I have passed the Credit check by the network?.

Has anyone got the order after it was said it would be delayed?

When I ordered my w550i last week it said this about 3 hours after I emailled them- I am guessing I have passed the credit check, anyway I rang them (my phone was one from the clearance list) and they said that basically they have stock being put through the engineers test bed, and when they are released for sale mine will be processed, and they said it should be within the week (I ordered it on the 3rd). I've taken this at face value, but it frustrates me that they are advertising it as in stock, where plainly this isn't the case. I wonder if it's like when you arer waiting for an upgrade with orange and are on the waiting list- once you say that's it I've had enough and want your pac code they suddenly find a phone for you... The same phone and deal is available at OSPS and it's only the horror stories about cashback that is putting me off from ordering from them.

Well TBH the horror stories seem to mostly have been settled now- it seems as when CPW bought them for a while they didn't know what the hell was going on.

Blimey they must be reading this forum- no sooner did I post that but I've had two emails, one saying

It said "Being Processed" for me last few days. Today it says,

Mine's said 'awaiting stock' for the past couple of days- I ordered Friday, I think. I also wonder if I've passed the credit check. Also I though OSPS had improved recently...

And the bit where it says parcel tracker is a link to city link ( which doesn't work as they've sent the parcel via special delivery lol!)

If you paste the link into the browser it goes to the post office's website but doesn't recognise the item number yet, but the text I had said the phone is due to be delivered by tomorrow 1pm. Will post on here when it's arrived.

my order for the samsung d600 is saying awaiting stock and this is from last week i rang them up regarding the credit check and they said that will be done when they have it in stock.
