    Hi Swinstie

Been catching up with your diary. Your perfume list sounds like mine. I decided to keep all mine and use them as and when. At the moment I'm glad I've got so much perfume and toiletry stuff as I wouldn't be able to afford to buy a lot of new stuff right now so I'm getting around to using them all up.

I'm going to ebay a few things this month, never done it before, bought plenty though. I thought if I tried just ebaying five items this month I'd see how it went. Keep putting it off though (LOL).

Good luck with the last few days of your detox. I think you've done brialliantly (even with a few hitches). I think with your budget you've just got to get back on track straightaway. I'm starting this month afresh from today and making the effort to keep it up for the rest of the month. It's straying from my budget that built up my debt in the first place. It was £5000 at its highest - not a lot to some people but I managed to have a light bulb moment at the right time.

    Have a great weekend! :j

    Evening everyone,

Ah the weekend at last! Have a dilemma though, finishing my detox on Monday (actually think this must be Detox Day 25), have missed a day somewhere, anyway don't know whether to have a drink this weekend or wait til next weekend and celebrate big style! Going out for dinner with OH for our anniversary so that could be a double celebration, not too bothered (what am I saying) about drinking and I've came this far.

OH working tomorrow but coming down tonight, so gonna have to go and give house a tidy before I put the dinner on and spend most of tomorrow finishing off my toiletry list and tidying the house properly.

Lifted £50 today so hopefully that will see me through til next week at least then it's only a week til payday. Defo a quiet weekend on the cards, might try and give the pub a miss though so can save money and stick to my guns on the no alcohol.

    Have a nice weekend x

    ;)Hi Swinstie,
Well done on your de-tox, it hasn't been an easy road, but you have done it. Have you given up scones all together?
You should definately E-Bay some of your perfume. Weigh everything on kitchen scales and check post office web site for postage rates, it is addictive. I sold £300 just before Christmas ( sorry that dreaded word again) but it was mostly my son's junk from loft. I messed up on postage on a couple of items, but it was great fun and raised extra cash. Have a great weekend with OH. Catch up soon. Got to go and do my diary now.

Good luck with ebay - it seems that people can get Angel bottles refilled and that is one of the reasons people buy them. Some of the shapes are really pretty and people just want them on the dressing table - defo have a go at selling some (most?) of them....

Good luck! By the way I took the shoes back! I also managed to sell some stuff this week too!

Swinstie dude - loved the list of perfumes - you must be the sweetest smelling person in your town BY FAR;)

Why don't you use some of them as presents? Then you don't have to spend extra money when its a birthday (and your friends will LOVE you) - just a thought.

    have a good weekend x

    Afternoon peeps old and new,

Well I gave in last night and had one Smirnoff Ice and half an easter egg! Went to Body Pump this morning as OH is working, poor guy slaving away in the rain, wouldn't be me, ha!

Well gonna have some lunch, determined to still eat healthily after detox finishes, dying for a cup of tea but at the same time not missed it, if that makes sense!

Been thinking about the perfume situ, will have a look at ebay and see what things are selling for and maybe could sell a few I'm not that into, one of which is Clinique Happy. Nothing to do with not liking it, but it reminds me of a bad hangover, I had been wearing that perfume and woke up with my hands over my face and all I could smell (whilst feeling ill) was that perfume, kind of makes me ill thinking about it :D

So onto making lunch and then do a tidy, OH coming back down tonight, got Counting Crows concert tomorrow night and have no idea where the tickets are,

Have a good weekend if don't manage to get back on, gonna be busy for a change x

Second last day of the detox and I forgot to take the stupid tablets this morning, what a plonker! Oh well will take them now, doubt it will make much of a difference.

Had a look on ebay and Clinique Happy is selling for quite a bit, might try listing it (if can work out how to do it) and see what happens.

Also on the part-time job front, was speaking to my friend I went to the pics with on Wed and she does some waitressing, she text me today to see if I could work next Friday - yeah! Also Sunday but from 8am to 5pm , can't do Sunday as got something on but Friday is a start. So had to buy a white shirt today £7.50 from M&S as didn't want to waste my good shirt. Fingers crossed it's ok and will get more shifts. Planning on putting that money away to pay off my loan nearer the time.

Well just about to go back out as got a concert tonight, quite tired but will be ok once I get there. Have a good night everyone x
