now that would be goodI reckon that lady you were talking to just sifted throught the previous applicants and said.."nope, BB isnt in the pile we will have to chuck all these in the bin and start from the beginning, maybe set the interview for her birthday to give her a sign":D

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, no, sorry, I must be mis-leading. :oI was at a training session in December and the person running it said I'd be great for an upcoming job. She mentioned it to her manager who asked for my career details and I was told to watch out for it being advertised. When it was advertised, I didn't feel it was quite me - I felt others out there would have more experience (it went in the local paper) so I didn't apply.
It's come back up again today with 'previous applicants not to apply'. With the electronic details there is an additional letter which kind of maps out the kind of person they are looking for (an unusual addition to an advert) - and basically it's someone who can deliver corporate training, plan new training sessions, market the sessions, is interested in e-learning and how it can be used in the future, has good admin. skills but is still looking to develop their training skills further rather than being already fully qualified - which is the reason I didn't go for it last time - I didn't feel qualified enough. But, the way it is now worded, I really feel I can fit loads of stuff I now do, along with stuff in the past to the job itself.
And the salary is excellent also.
