Morning all, I'm off back up the line later on today and have got my bleep test before I go; gotta get 8.2, should be ok though. Maz from last night, I dont think it was 4 miles i ran yesterday, prorably 3.2 something like that.

Hi Booky, its a fitness test. YOu have to run between 2 lines. YOu must get to the line before it bleeps. Each level consists of 10 beeps I think and the distance between 2 line is about 20 metres i think. You get 3 lives if you dont make the bleep.
