back briefly before going to work, head pain got better after giving my face a massage but is back now after washing my hair and putting it up in a towel. I am going with tension headache/muscle related ??

I feel ok in myself just this pain in my head is so annoying. Its on the same side as the dental implant so I shall do some research in to that when I come home.

and buy a new matress since mine is uncomfortable

and yes I am just typing out loud here!!!

Morning everyone, really sleepy today but last day at work before a week and a bit off - yay! :j My mum is coming down for the weekend then I'm going to visit some friends, looking forward to the break.

Officially withdrew from the Edinburgh marathon last night as there's no way I'll be fit enough after nasty cold etc over winter :rolleyes: Looking at some crazy muddy outdoor trail type runs for later in the year though

Miserable day here, pouring with rain and grey grey grey! At work this morning and DH has taken a days holiday to look after DD which is nice for them. Have sent him down to Aldi to buy me that jacket so hoping they have stock of it

Mixed feelings for me today 5 years today since my dad died - but with all the history I feel a like I should be happy, but there is a part of me that does miss him and makes me feel sad. Hey ho guess thats life isn't it!

awww sal.... it's been a couple of years since my dad died, but today is his birthday so i'm thinking about the useless old fart today..... mixed emotions is the best way to view these kinda things.... :grouphug:

it's only emotions anyway, good or bad it does no harm to feel them... and you can't look back thru rose tinted glasses either as that's kidding noone... my mum is terrible for looking back fondly, even to the worst of times whereas i don't kid myself that things were any better than i remember them...

There are good times to look back on too... i'm sure you'll have some as well....

sally - could you phone L and ask him if he can pick me up a pair of the tight short shorts in a size L or M if they have any... they are a fiver... i'd transfer to money to you straight away....

That would save me a trip and no doubt some money cause i know i would end up buying more!!
