    Morning. I have a headache, but its only on one side of my head. normally migraines start like this but its as though its got stuck! its driving me nuts.

    mind you looking at the time you are probably dressed and out by now!!

    Very tired this morning, not sure why as I fell asleep around 10.00 last night just as Apprentice You're Fired was starting, I never fall asleep that early.

    Pants day here weather wise, but apparently will be dry and warm this afternoon.

    Work should be even quieter than yesterday today. It's odd without learners in during the holidays and quite a few staff are off now until after Easter.

    Think I'm going to make a banoffee pie when I get in this afternoon. I'll have my furry boy helping me as I said he could stay with me this afternoon whilst the work at ex's house carried on.

    Len if you struggling to work out the distances you're doing have you tried mapmyrun.com??

    Buffy I went in a dress in the end but its cool because I am running home so no worries if it rains this avo :D

    I Ive used it thanks Becky, but its not too accurate because of where I run ;) The normal run is about 4 miles but I shaved some off it :D
