heres the poem ive had put on my rememberance candle it can be personalised to eith mum , dad or both which sadly ive had done xx

im going to read it in the ceremony but i get a lump everytime i read it so im hoping i can do it xx

Beautiful poem - not sure I would be able to read it out at a wedding - I was getting a tear in my eye just reading it I can imagine a lot of your guests would be touched by it, lovely idea.

Aw thanks everyone, Deb's that poem is lovely may just use it but as I'm getting all teary again !!! I may struggle. If I can I might say it after the speeches , my oh has lost his dad too so it would be good way to mention him as well. Where's those tissues!!
I don't want to bring anyone down on such a happy occassion though, but it would nice to recognise their part in helping us on our journey to get to our wedding day.
So sorry to drag the diy wedding thread off topic.
rinroo of course you can use it the fruit pixie website that I ordered them from have emailed me to say my order is already despatched so I'll let you know what the wee charms are like when I get them. They have some lovely stuff on there AND free postage:j

Spent last night making the first 7 corsages whilst watching tv (isn't it great women can multi-task?)
