They try to deliver 3 times (once per day)
After that it remains in the UPS depot, and they contact Dell to try and contact you.
Only alternative is to call Dell if you want to collect from UPS.
I had to take day off which is not very convenient.

Dell use Walsh-Western as a courier (website https://www.ww-international.com). IIRC they try and call you to get a delivery date.

No they don't. Not in England anyway

It is UPS and nobody calls.
UPS woman driver said she called on last delivery attempt, then admitted she wrote wrong number down ! Luckily I was home.

Well I'm tracking my outlet purchase on their website at the moment (and they delivered the last two I ordered)

They also have a link to the Dell uk purchases tracking page from their main page.
