I noticed a spell when avatars weren't showing and I was logged in but seems to be okay now/today?0
-
you sure are clever
there's a facility to report private messages, thanx @};-
actually I discovered this little button a few days earlier and thought, what a fine job, but just on that one occasion and then it never showed up, so I decided it was my imagination again runnin wild
Not so much of a burning issue but if it's ok to ask why is there a hash before MoneySavingExpert on the contact list pop-up box? I'm pretty positive we never had it before the upgrade.0 -
sending a PM and wanting to put text in bold results not in it changing but you get a B at the start and end of the text.also a U at start and end if you try and underline and same for italics.using FF-not tried in in IE0

Please please please.......................................
When are you going to sort out viewing of peoples personal profiles?
You cant see their avatars..............(not imperative that we need too, but it does say something about the owner)
Worst is you can't see what activity that person is carrying out............(now that is a real issue that seriously does need addressing, especially with the delay between private message posting)
On the subject of PM'ing can you please consider lowering the time limit between posting PM's, the time limit really is annoying for a site like this0 -
Got my first annoying problem since the upgrade.
Sometimes when I post a reply it logs me out when I hit submit!! Very annoying as then the reply is lost and I have to start over.
Never had this happen before the upgrade, only since.:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0 -
Considering it was supposedly a major upgrade can someone please enlighten me to exactly what's changed as an improvement?
I'm afraid I can't really see any change to the forum at all apart from people having issues
I've read somewhere on the site that there are things to be switched on when the core of the upgrade has settled down, but I really am at a loss to see what the upgrade was0 -
I have logged out and in again, but I am getting an intermittent problem where when I thank someone for a post I get the message
loobs40, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:- Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
- If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
Additionally, when I press Thanks and I don't get the error message above, the page refreshes unnecessarily0 -

There was never going to be many changes that you would see, it was what they call a back end upgrade which all takes time because of the sheer size of this forum and the special additions that MSE uses. Read what Martin says about it here..
