    Hi Spud. How did you get on?

    All seems to be OK ta Bookie. She punched a load of info into her puter, and it calculated my heart attack risk as no more than the average person :T
    Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:

    She did indeed....she even tried to recruit me to her run club :rotfl:

    BB, i'm sure i reaad a thread where someone had had their elec DD upped alot like yours, they phoned to cancell the dd and got the increase amount scrapped.

    best place to start to be honest... and you'll progress much quicker, well if you're anything like me! i was going nowhere slowly until i joined my club.... now i go further, slowly!! i'd never had made real progress on my own.


    and it gets you out the house at set times, and in safety of a group environment.... could be great... i'm sure the first time would be free and you can see how you feel.....



    Beanie - megabus KY to Aberdeen £12.50 return... and i'll collect you from Abz... cheap night, £5 for bingo on sat night and that would be all..... cheaper than staying at home!!! lol!!
