Morning all.. I fell asleep on the sofa :( OH tells me he woke me up, I took off all my clothes, got into bed and fell back to sleep - I don't remember any of that! :o

Hope everyone has a good day :) AM, feelie and slscarborough - big labour vibes to you :D xx

I'm having a hormonal day and it's not even 8am... oh dear... :)
I can't explain it but for some reason today I feel ratty - it's all small things and it's all everybody else's fault :rotfl:
Dh is supposed to put £100 a month into my account for his car insurance which I paid for him last year - he didn't last month and he hasn't this month and today it bugs me - yet I KNOW he's just forgotten and if I asked him for it he'd be mortified and transfer it (doubly bugging me because he's going on a £50+ fishing trip next friday). My dad was supposed to pay for the iCandy and despite a couple of very subtle reminders still nothing... And now I can't chase him because he's left his previous company as the owner is basically trying to run a scam and make a run with the money so although dad has found a new company to work for and is happy then the old company still owes him over a months worth of wages and expenses...
AND work obviously owe me £234 or however much it was from last month when they under paid me...
And for some reason TODAY it bugged me from the second I woke up for no actual reason!
    *sigh*
Worst of all is that DH is working from home today so I can't even just let it dissapate slowly with doing cleaning and tidying etc and mumbling under my breath like I might normally... *sigh*
Oh well - best get ebaying then :rotfl:

    Morning all

Sun shining here for a change, but shattered from weeks of little/no sleep.

It's not Monday today, is it? :D
Little un been playing with very noisy new car (hand-me-down from cousin) since 7 & arguing the toss about keeping the sound down to a reasonable level.
Rained overnight so my spuds are OK - haven't watered them all week!
    Today I have to :
    • Clean bathroom
    • Put up new blind in teenager's room
    • Dejunk little un's room
    • Look for receipt book & start getting accounts ready - really behind!
    • Buy curtain pole/curtains for landing window
    • Buy new trousers for work
    • Go to meeting tonight
    • Oh, & do a huge ironing pile, bake & make a cooked tea
    :eek::eek::eek:

Sounds very ambitious - bet I don't get half of it done, tired just looking at that list! - want to cry off meeting but results due of something I was involved in & don't want to miss that.
Hope you all have a good day, appts go well, etc., see you later on.

    A xo

Just dropping in, usually just read, When I started to bf my lo (still no name but needs to be registered today) I got some lanishol nipple cream on perscription from the health visitor so it was free, been to boots and its £9.99 a tube, hth someone. Also the hv does medala breast pumps at a reduced rate so may be worth asking.
  • Skintchick - I would much rather go into labour naturally if possible so will hold out as long as possible for the induction I think.

I am not happy to have a stretch and sweep yet either as they dont perform it at the surgery I have to go over to the hospital where my community midwifes are based which is not even the hospital I am giving birth at. I would rather hold out and be admitted to the DAU at my chosen hospital as the midwifes are lovely there.

Its early days at the moment and I dont know why they feel the need to pressure you as soon as you reach your due date. They seemed offended when I said I didnt want the stretch and sweep.

Also as I was using ovulation tests to conceive I do believe my due date isnt until the 15th anyway.
