Hi, today i received a folder containing every current account statement since 2001, but nothing about credit cards or loans, is it normal for all these things to come at different stages or depts within the bank, or should it all come at once?
Just wondering if i should start phoning folk to ask, just incase i wait and this is all im gonna get.:o0 -

Hi there
So this is through the SAR request then I take it?
You can contact them to ask about everything else, however with one of my SAR's some docs came through separately, but just to make sure I would contact them, in case anything is amiss, good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Thanks i will contact them tomorrow.
should i go to the branch or is their a number i should call specifically?
The letter i received a few days ago (dated the 24th) from the "DSAR team" told me they had received my request and they would gather the info and that they had 40 days then would provide the info requested.
then this morning i received the statements (dated 22nd) from The "copy statement unit", saying heres your statements requested any probs contac your branch.
theirs a phone number on the "DSAR team" letter, so i may call that.:o
Sorry i've got a headache:p0 -

Ok called them tjis morning and they confirmed that more stuff is on its way.
They said that they are trying to get all the stuff to come from one office in future, however at the moment each dept needs to end their own stuff as they compile it, so it will arrive bundle by bundle by the 24th may.
Interestingly i looked through my statements and discovered id paid over £1200 in unauthorised overdraft charges over the course of the last 8 years.
Should i start a court claim for that as well.....hmmmm...perhaps a visit to the bank charges section of this forum is in order.:D
I really hope i get all this back, as it would make me debt free.:o0 -
