Think you'll find I know a little more about my own accounts than you...

Since they have no idea how you'll be managing your accounts with them or what you're credit reports will look like in July, how can they tell you for sure that you can 'have a credit card in July'?

I'm die my third statement soon, I will be disappointed if I get no increase....... It is abit of a lottery when they up it.......

I think they may have implied to NID that providing his current situation doesn't change i.e Internal score and credit file they should be able to offer him a CC

they do have a cheaper number and it is 01634816300

and its exactly the same as the 0870 number

and yes it does allow you to get through to a customer advisor.

In fact this will be the only number i will use to contact them and so should you!

Sometimes they will increase it on the 3rd statement others not.

My Dad's got increased on his 3rd statement but my Brother's was the 4th, my Mum still hasn't had one, she has had her's for 5 months.

So bear with it NID.

I had my increase on 3rd statement too, always paid full balance.
Think my 6th statement is due at beginnig of May so hoping for another. :j
