    But there is no "quick link" to it that I can see.

    You have to go to User CP and the click Contacts & Friends on the left.

    It is an option that the admins can easily turn on/off. So maybe they only had in on for a few mins to try it and meher just happened to spot it then?

    I'm sure the team is busy tweaking a lot of the new settings. ;)
