I knew exactly which agent this would be just from the thread title as he sold my house in November.
It was a tiny studio but he still got 30+ photos including one of the chopping board and a cooking book (how my mates laughed)!!! :rotfl: He's seriously passionate about estate agency, it took him 2 hours to photograph the place. Nice bloke.
Hi Lyndon if you read this :hello:0 -
its got me thinking about what i would call pictures of my house
pictures of cat litter tray = here kitty kitty
uncleaned living room = dustbowl
cluttered kitchen = for hands that do dishes...
toilet = wheres the bleach?
bathroom = its time to get cleaning
you get the picture (no pun intended)0 -
If they are so anxious that we should see the view from their window, why did they put the enormous flower in the way?0
-
Thats crazy! No point anyone viewing it, theyve seen every nook and cranny in the pics incuding the chopping board and the bathroom mirror!Squish0

Would you expect the chopping board to be there when you get the keys?0
-
yes and i would be very annoyed if the fruit wasnt there too0

I was cracking up with laughter looking at this last night - is he like the House Doctor's long-lost twin? I kinda think "aww bless him" cos at least he's trying and putting some effort into things which is more than a lot of EAs get accused of.Little miracle born April 2012, 33 weeks gestation and a little toughie!0

Looks very amateur... the photographer presumably doesn't have a proper wide-angle lens (or the knowledge to stitch/work around it) which is critical for this kind of photography.0
