Has anybody found the fourth bedroom? The 'lifestyle brochure' says that it is a three/four bedroom but only three are mentioned.

The chopping board with 'tutti frutti' written underneath is classic!

Click on their 'other properties' top right and you'll find others have 35+ photographs too. All of them say 'Come & see & 'Fall in Love!' and they all have titles on the photograph so it must be them not the vendors. :rotfl:They've managed 47 photographs for a two bed apartment including several of the bannisters.

is this what estate agents get up to when they aren't very busy?
Think he/she is looking to further their career outside of the house selling game!!

Maybe where I fall down is that I'd rather take to drinking or lying down than actually make work for myself.

The captions under the photos make it read like a bad episode of 'Catchphrase' lol - 'a tap ... on tap ... tap dance!!!!' Brings a whole new meaning to 'say what you see' ...

Those photos and captions really make you cringe, don't they?

The champagne on the table in the tiny back yard is particularly vomit-inducing. Obviously these people are classy social types who often drink champagne and admire their minuscule stretch of astroturf, basking in the envious glances from the 20 or so neighbours who are overlooking them.

Oh, and the chopped veg on the chopping board.

What the hell were these vendors thinking? They'll have people who have no interest in buying the house just turning up for viewings in order to laugh and point.

Ha ha ha, that really is funny. I wonder how long it took them to add captions to all those photos!

He manages to make the stairs look lethal.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

Actually no, I'm wrong, this agent advertises ALL his properties in this way.

Disappointingly though, repetitive use of some of what I thought were more original captions. Could do better! Although I did like 'Galleried Return' (bannisters on the landing and down the stairs)

From these ads, Leicester is obviously the 'Lifestyle' capital of the UK.
