I'm loving the names the EA has given the photos - 'tutti frutti', 'tap dance', 'in the spotlight', 'rise to the occasion' (for the stairs :)), 'time to get ...WET', 'time to reflect' (for the mirror), 'barbie girl' (for the ... barbeque!) and 'blue skies yonder' (for the view of the neighbours). Someone's obviously got far too much spare time, or they're an incredibly frustrated artistic type. Either way I don't think they really wanted to be an EA.

On the contrary, I think you'll find they're showing off their new curtains.

I'm glad that the EA tells us "stairs rising to first floor" - we'd have found it confusing if they descended there.

I also like the " complimenting ceramic tiled surrounds" in the bathroom - presumably they say "ello gorgeous" to you every morning.

What would be the real selling points for me though are pics numbered 29 and 43 plus "pull cord light switch to ceiling", as mentioned in the downstairs cloak/wc description.

Thanks for posting Chickmug. The good bit is that I didn't glimpse the EA & his camera in any of the mirror shots:rotfl:

OMG! There is not a chance that could have been done by an EA for someone. They've done that themselves. I mean, how full of yourself can you get?!

picture 29 "lifestyle" Purlease. I'm the first to talk about selling a lifestyle but lifestyle is not fake flowers from Au Naturelle or suchlike.

There are so many pictures I worked out the width of the kitchen with an accuracy of within two inches.

Honestly. I'm going to be sick. Nobody knows a house that intimately - the descriptions are ridiculous. At what point would an EA note the NTL cable point in a cupboard or take three sedntences to describe a suicide loft bed?

I hope they read this. It's a nice house except the one nasty bathroom but knowing enough detail that you don't even need to view it  Any kind of defect and it's letting itself down with descriptions like that. My property bee shows everything a new for some reason but those photos were taken in the summer, no?
