Shudder! Got really horrible images of a proper slimeball guy crawling around on the kid's bunkbed and malingering around the flowerbeds. Ick.

Jesus, I guess in the current climate EA and homeowners are desperate to sell but that is ridiculous!

It must have taken all day to take all of those pics, and as for the captions.....excuse me whilst I !!!! myself!

I posted 5 pics when I sold my flat, anymore than that I really would have looked daft, I'd love to know if anyone has actually asked to view this house, I mean you wouldnt need to after seeing all those pics.

    The mind boggles.....

  • The property has had an extra 750 viewings so far via MSE. Well done the EA.

If I print them all off and cut them into a neat pile and flick through them ... I wonder if I'll get a virtual tour!?

If you look at http://www.houseprices.co.uk/e.php?q=LE3+9ER&n=100 it seems well over-priced.

My main gripe is: all those photos but I don't really get a sense of what the house looks like from the road.

For that, you need to look at the brochure, which gives fewer photos but includes a nice front view of the property.

Agreed. It seems to be 30% over-priced, at least, given that next door sold for £157k in September.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

You can bet it doesn't look good; if it made a decent picture it would be shown.

:rotfl:What a silly @rse! They deserve every rude comment here, plus a few more.

I know of a house up with 7 estate agents, and on for 2 years, but I haven't posted it because I feel sorry for the vendors. These EAs and their victims don't need our sympathy.

Hey, why is this new reply box so small? Has Martin had the site re-vamped by Barretts?
