retracting Paypal funds?

Actually I don't think it's to do with being a seller It's to do with the amount of money that has passed through the account no matter what way. Once that limit is reached she has to do a few bits to upgrade or she can go the whole hog to become a verified Paypal member (it's a doddle! But it does take a few days I think). TO me it sounds like she's used her paypal to over the first limit on there and then paypal in effect blocks all transfers. Ie you cna pay in but she can't get her hands on it till she reads the pages on paypal and follow the instructions

Just want to say a big thankyou :beer: to everyone who helped me sort this out. Fingers crossed its sorted!! shes just mailed and said that thanks to my mail to her shes now upgraded and will send the book tomorrow ..Horray!!!
