If anyone is going in the next few days could they please let me know how much the tubs of Marmite are? I love it but forgot to buy it last time and am not sure it is worth the petrol just to go for that.

    Thanks

There's always staff about in ours, refilling shelves/folding clothes/handing out samples. Yesterday the woman on the faxed orders pick up desk took a shine to my charming boys and gave them a packet of chocolate buttons each

Edinburgh Costco is the same size as Birmingham and almost identical layout.

Maybe, like the Thurrock store, the Fax n Pick/Trade Member Services is in an office by the tills?

With regard to the staff, there always seem to be loads about, just harder to spot as they don't wear uniform. I always find them helpful, fast and polite, especially by the tills! If you forget something they'll get it for you, and it's a nice treat to have someone pack your shopping for you without asking. You don't even have to get the big stuff out the trolley as they have wireless scanners, don't see that in Tesco or Asda.

Agree, the Reading Store has always been very helpful too - I find I don't feel like "just another customer" at Costco as I do in other shops.
