Eveything's dearer on-line than in the stores, but I know I was shocked at the in-store price.

    cake! my favourite subject ;)

they also do a large red velvet cake (the same size as the chocolate / carrot cake) which is really nice - 3 layers.

from memory these 16-slice cakes are about £7.99 or £8.99? so roughly 50p/slice.

they are good and (like all their bakery products) they freeze really well. we usually buy one of the 16-slice cakes, wrap slices individually and put them in the freezer- they last months and come out very fresh and soft :)

    Went today

Large Chocolate Fudge Cake, minimum weight 1900g, £7.99, best date 13th Aug
Large Carrot Cake, minimum weight 1700g, £7.99, best date 12th Aug
Large Victoria Sandwich, minimum weight 1800g, £7,69, best date 11th Aug
Large Red Velvet Cake, minimum weight 1315g, £8.99, best date 11th Aug

The carrot cake had 14 carrots on top, so I'm assuming they intend these large cakes to be cut into at least 14. I reckon you could manage 16, especially if people can take an assortment. When I could eat the fudge cake (before I became lactose intolerant and my body started to reject things high in fat or sugar at around the same time) I used to cut into 12 which always looked like piggy sized portions ;)

    They also do

'individual' (huge! roughly 10cm diameter) muffins. Pack of 6 double chocolate or 6 blueberry. 2 packs for £4.99. Best date 10th Aug.
Variety Cup Cakes (3 chocolate and 3 vanilla per pack), £3.99, best date 10th Aug. These are big. Click here to see a picture of them with a pack of AA batteries on top of the packet.

and (probably not what you're looking for, but thought I'd mention)

Breakfast minis (mix of mini croissants and choc chip petit pains - 30 count), £4.69, best date 9th Aug. (picture here)
Mini danishes (looked to be some kind of twists and mini chelsea buns - forgot to get count, but suspect 30 like above), £4.99, best date 8th Aug (picture here)

    Hello.

I am after some prices for Costco Kirkland soap powder(400 wash) and Kirkland kitchen towels.
I am a member but have no transport for 2 weeks to get there.
I looked online but wondered if the instore prices were cheaper than online or the same.
I have a mate who said they can take me but they only have Mini so might be cramped.
Thanks for any help you may have.

No idea of the prices of those items, but I do know that everything I've compared in store to on-line has been much cheaper in store.

Yes I agree, the website I only use for falling about laughing at the prices.
