  • WE ARE TALKING ABOUT BANK ACCOUNT CHARGES SO with all due respect, try the PPI forum to post this nonsense.
They don't just cover PPI , they cover everything financial over 12 years except council tax.
He had to payed £699 before he received the cheques but its different for everyone depending on the debtors they are going after just like the person in an earlier post had to pay £199 again, and no it wasn't under financial hardship as he was neither on benefits/pension or a small business which is the bracket financial hardship comes under (they give you all these details because you can get your claim quicker if you are in hardship).
The guy was telling me they've just opened an office in bulgaria so i dunno if thats got anything to do with the lack of T & C's on the website because of different law's etc, however im sure if you called them and asked for them , they'd post them no problem.

you were telling people that they are not a legitimate company!! did you not check with the ministry of justice or the claim standards council to see if they are registered there ? (which they are) , check your facts before you flush a companies reputation down the pan!

The reason ive got so irritated about this is because my cousins cul de sac was making a lot of business for them (my cousin referred his neighbours their all quite close) and i got to actually meet 2 gentlemen from blue sky and they seem as if they really want to help people get back what has been robbed from them. from the !!!!!!! banks, of course they will be making money out of it but they even tell you that if you dont want to go ahead with them they can still provide you with templates etc for letters and numbers of people to contact/email, etc so you can do it yourself but for £199 quid its a bargain for not having the hastle factor plus they will have a lot more clout than joe bloggs on the street.

This part of the forum is bank charges so I think I am happy to continue to advise posters to avoid it like the plague plus you can do the Council tax thing here as well.

Unfortunately you're wrong on business claims which is outside the FSAWaiver on hardship since it is about personal current accounts and not business accounts. If it is a business then he doesn't rely on UTCCR 1999 but UCTA 1977. But he still loses £199.00 of his claim

If you are an open and transparent company then you should have the terms and conditions on the site and not simple have to ring up and ask for them. Remember, we are talking about people needing to know what they are getting into before they sign.

It is not about flushing a companies reputation down the pan, since they have no reputation in the first place and do not openly show their terms and conditions.
The reason ive got so irritated about this is because my cousins cul de sac was making a lot of business for them (my cousin referred his neighbours their all quite close) and i got to actually meet 2 gentlemen from blue sky and they seem as if they really want to help people get back what has been robbed from them. from the !!!!!!! banks, of course they will be making money out of it I advise people on here and other forums and have done so for three and a half years. I don't get paid, I get results. If I had been paid I would certainly live the life of luxury. However, the choice for the poster is doing it themselves and by doing so taking control of their claim or using a company on BANK CHARGES with no real chance of success as we stand today.
but they even tell you that if you dont want to go ahead with them they can still provide you with templates etc for letters and numbers of people to contact/email, etc so you can do it yourself but for £199 quid its a bargain for not having the hastle factor plus they will have a lot more clout than joe bloggs on the street.
You don't get it do you. You can't sell me the company.
    from your post
    1) They aren't transparent since they require a phone call to give you their terms and conditions(hmmmm, perhaps complaint to MOJ on that basis)
    2) They give you template letters that are FREE here and on other sites for £199.00. Are they embroidered in silk?
    3) you argument is scare mongering, ie cos they is a solicitor they are better than you and me. That is nonsense on bank charges claims.
Remember this thread is about bank charges not PPI not council tax and not any other topic.
So far you have told me they're nice blokes who charge £199.00 for a template letters but you have to ring them if you want the terms and conditions.
    With respect, NO THANK YOU.

  • From their website:
"We will help you claim your own bank charges back if you wish. We have a step by step guide on how to claim that costs just £39.99."

I'll help you claim your bank charges back for FREE.

    Which deal do you want?

  • "There are around 1 million people in the queue claiming their bank charges and this number is set to jump to 10 million within a few months, so it's an excellent idea to get your claim in now!!"

That is utter and total nonsense above.

I tried that back in May, so I'm sure they won''t.

So here's an open challenge to Blue Skies, or anyone's cousin or anyone's cousin's neighbours:
    Post up the T&C's.

Donald, you've popped back at very a opportune moment. (I'm sure it's pure coincidence!) You forgot to post the T&C's that I asked you for back in May. Perhaps you could oblige now?

did i say that ? im pretty sure i said they charged me £199 to do all the work work for me .

people can take from it what they will, they just did my cousin and his neighbours a cool service so i took it up also , and look forward to the results.
