It's definatley worth it, not sure what percentage they take when your claim is paid out it varies on what your owed i think, but maximum is 25% no where near what you are owed, plus they do have an option where u pay a slightly higher fee and the percentage they take is nothing. so its your choice. some companies take up to 50% back end which is ridiculous.

Astonishing, you say you have checked this company out, yet don't know for sure how much they charge, but you think it's 25%. There are no T&C's on their website, only 'In progress'

Recover Debt Solutions Limited, (trading as Blue Sky Financial Claims) are a debt collection company.

Given both the above, I'd be very wary of them.

lol yes they also do debt management as well, hence the recover debt solutions they have offices all over the uk.

some people are just too weary these days, i know they are legitimate my claim is going through and i have had updates regular and find them very professional to work with. just my opinion. But do not see why people are quick to slate them when they have had no bad experiences with them. I searched to see any bad news on them, but there is nothing so until you have any evidence sssh. :)

Then presumably you have been sent their Terms & Conditions.
Could you post up a copy, since they seem reluctant to put them on their website?

They may well do, but their primary business is debt collection

Nobody's slating them, just asking for independent evidence

Equally there's no good news either. Their website list of 'Success Stories' consists of general financial press coverage about PPI from other websites, not a single 'success story'

Saxon Financial Solutions, Consumer Advice UK, UK Bank Claim and Hargreaves & Co are all trading names of Recover Debt Solutions Limited, all with remarkably similar websites and no T&C's or success stories.

How are those T&C's coming, Donald?
