If this is a bank charges case then do not touch it with a barge pole. If you do then you will have wasted your time. If you are here then it takes 3 stamps and £10(for the sar) to deal with it yourself and you get back 100% of the money yourself. Otherwise, it's an upfront fee and no real chance of success until the OFT test case issues are resolved plus they will take a percentage of YOUR money. Hmmmm, that makes it a difficult choice now0 -

natweststaffmember who do you think you are constantly putting doubt into people and stating that they shouldn't touch blue sky with a barge pole ?!
my cousin used blue sky and they are a fantastic company, the company has dealt with people in real trouble and there stories bring both you and them to tears when they are telling you of the horrible things that have happened to them because of banks and they are so thankful of the help most of the people in my cousins wee cul de sac have done it because it sorts you out over the last 12 years.
just to clarify a few things the first £199 is to do a financial health check which involves finding out going through all your loan agreements, credit cards , car loans , mortgages pretty much anything you've had financially over the last 12 years ( if you dont have any of these things then they contact the companies for you and get them) most people get back around £5000-£15000 back and some over £50,000. once they know a minimum figure they will say "ok mr smith we can claim £11,000 and all you need to pay is £699 and thats it" the reason for the £699 before they send the cheque i assume is so you will pay them , my cousin steven got £26,763 back in total, i couldn't believe it . so im doing it just now too !!0 -

I hope you post more than once on this thread because I am happy to debate the issues. However, when a company states that you can get your bank charges now because of the bank charges case judgement(which one? cos I was asleep when that happened).

You know my heart is now really bleeding. Please stop because I only have 8 pints of blood in my body. Let's get down to facts and figures,
How much of the claim did he have to pay to the company?
When did they get a payout for your "cousin"? Was it under financial hardship? If so did the company charge the claimant since that would not only have made the hardship worse since they would have a claims company going after them for money that they CANNOT afford to waste since they are using the money to ease their hardship and the case would not be over. Think about what you are saying.
