 As I am sure you must realise Humpy, your "£27k is more than I earn" is not a good graduate wage in London. My son's starting wage in London when he left university, was 44k.RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.
